Design fees depend on the size of the project, its complexity, and how much of the work you need. After an initial consultation, Property Arts reviews your goals and provides a clear proposal with no surprises. Every project starts with a conversation about what you want to build.
Do you handle both design and construction?
Yes. Property Arts Inc. handles the architecture and Property Arts LLC handles the construction, so design and build work together under one roof. Between the two teams we bring more than 125 years of combined experience to projects of any size.
Are you a licensed architect?
Yes. Founder Darrell R. Byrd is a licensed architect, a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and NCARB certified. Property Arts has designed homes, churches, schools, and commercial buildings across northeastern Oklahoma since 1978.
