Darrell R. Byrd, AIA, NCARB, founded Property Arts in Wagoner, Oklahoma, in 1978, and the firm has been based in Broken Arrow since 2011. The firm is owned and operated by Darrell and his wife, Gayle, along with a dedicated architectural staff. Combined, the Property Arts team has over 140 years of experience on projects ranging from small interior remodels and custom homes to churches, public schools, and commercial buildings of any size.

What the Firm Has Designed
Property Arts has worked across commercial and residential projects: school buildings for Morrison, Cleveland, and Oolagah-Talala public schools, a fire station for the City of Checotah, the 9th Street Lofts apartment building in Jenks, a Monolithic Dome and indoor playground for Pawnee Public Schools, and custom homes, barndominiums, and additions.

The firm started in Wagoner and has been based in Broken Arrow since 2011, serving Tulsa, Bixby, Jenks, Coweta, Owasso, Sapulpa, Wagoner, Collinsville, and Pryor.
